Extremely racist views from THE OWNER. I feel like potential customers should know who they’re dealing with before deciding to patronize. Let alone, let someone like this in their home or place of business. Please be aware. You never know what people are thinking about you just because the color of your skin. Smh.

I had a number of issues that needed to be addressed and Jason was recommended by a family member that had used him previously. He returned my call within a day, came to my home to do an estimate, and then returned within a couple of days to complete the work. He and his helper Nate were respectful of our home, worked neatly and cleaned up after the work was completed. I will use him again for future plumbing work.

I received a call from Jason on Thursday regarding my leaky faucet in my tub. Jason arrived that same day in the afternoon but was unable to do the job because he didn't have some of the parts. He charged $65.00 consultation fee. He returned on Monday as agreed. Jason not only fixed the leak but replaced the entire faucet system per my request ( he could have done a repair instead of a replacement). Jason did a beautiful job and I was totally satisfied and impressed with his workmanship. I was also pleased with the cost. Jason is reliable, courteous and professional and I willingly recommend Jason to anyone who's looking for a plumber.

So Jason showed up, seemed really nice, even told us what a nice house we had. Later he charges us 65.00 to estimate the job. I had to track him down to give me a price. Then quotes the job at more than 3 times what 2 other plumbers had quoted. Needless to say my leak is fixed beautifully and for 1,200. Less than Jason. *Update* we didn't have a "bad experience " with Jason he was actually quite lovely. I just wanted to let everyone know that he charges an estimate without telling you until he is in your home and already looking at your job. In my experience as a homeowner, if there is a charge to come to your home you're told upfront. P.s. he had already emailed me, hmm

I spoke with Jason on 12/20 and he was able to come out on the 21st to see the issues with our toilet. As our toilet was a brand name, getting the parts were a slight issue so Jason had to shop in numerous places and he obtained what was needed for the job. He came back on Wednesday the 22nd and spent about an hour replacing parts and the toilet was back in action!! He cleaned up everything and was on his way. I knew about th $65 estimate fee in advance. Happy to say he's polite, knowledgeable and gets the job done.

I can't say enough good about Jason. When I got in over my head on a job at one of my properties, I was referred to Jason. I usually don't just pick the first name I hear, but I'm so glad I did. - He came out on time, took the necessary time to explain everything I had going on, -able to break it down, which meant a lot to me. I wish there were more honest contractors like Jason out there. I will be referring all friend and family exclusively to Jason in the future. A true class act.

I called Jason around 5pm and he helped us that evening with a tenant's water heater. This was after another plumber (Aiello) wouldn't go to the house but tried to bully us into buying a $2800 unit without even checking it out. Jason easily fixed the problem, only charged the $85 diagnostic fee and these homeowner/landlords now have a trusted go-to plumber for all future the needs of our 100+ year old house. Thank you, Jason!
